For holistic development of any individual, a human requires equal opportunities at every platform of growth along with academic excellence. To deliver the best to make our SANSKARIANS best, along with excellent academic curriculum, school also offers co-scholastic courses into two phases

Day of every SANSKARIAN starts with the following Morning Activities. The weightage of each activity is twice a week and is compulsory for everyone.

  • рдпреЛрдЧ:- It Boosts Self-Esteem and Confidence: Yoga helps to instill confidence and to bring learning to children on an experiential level. Yoga teaches them to persevere, be patient, and work towards their goals. Yoga also provides tools for practicing compassion, mindfulness, generosity, focus, strength, and flexibility.
  • рдзреНрдпрд╛рди:- "Meditation is believed to help relieve stress, lessen depression, lower blood pressure and improve sleep [while boosting] memory, mood and even social intelligence." ... Meditation and mindfulness are great practices for medical students because they can be done anywhere at any time.
  • рдЕрдзреНрдпрд╛рддреНрдо:- In the same vein, spirituality can be an ethic of caring which directs the student's commitments for helping others. It can also be a means of equanimity which measures the magnitude a student is able to find meaning during hard times, sees each day as a gift and feels at peace.

After participating in morning Activities,

SANSKARIANs are being trained in the following areas. These courses are called FOUNDATION COURSES because we firmly believe that to transform the personality of SANSKARIANS, students must be trained in the following areas. The weightage of all Foundation courses is twice every week and is compulsory for all.

  • Spoken English:- Well developed communication skills are vital to a child's academic success. At all levels of education, students must be able to communicate effectively. Without well developed communication skills, children run the risk of falling behind their peers or becoming emotionally overwhelmed or withdrawn at school.
  • рд╕рдВрд╕реНрдХрд╛рд░:- The main challenge nowadays is to change the bodies and souls of our students so that they can give value to the non-materialistic things in their life lik respect to elders, love to younger ones and inculcate healthy living habbits in themselves to grow and shine like stars.
  • рд╡реИрджрд┐рдХ Maths:- It helps a person to solve mathematical problems many times faster. It helps in making intelligent decisions to both simple and complex problems. It reduces the burden of memorizing difficult concepts. It increases the concentration of a child and his determination to learn and develop his/her skills.

After all the academic lectures of regular day, there is ZERO period in the last in which SANSKARIANs are being trained under the following Club Activities as per their choice:-

  • ROBOTICS:- When applied to education, robotics and simulators can change the way students learn and ultimately create a more knowledgeable and well-adjusted student. Robotics - Robots can be used to bring students into the classroom that otherwise might not be able to attend.
  • Coding:- It helps in building resilience in kids at a young age. Coding is the new literacy. It helps in the development of computational skills. Coding helps the kids in furnishing many skills other than computational such as problem-solving and thinking.
  • Martial Arts:- The ultimate aim of Martial Arts is to teach children peaceful, non-violent conflict resolution skills and to help them work out ways to avoid physical altercations. Martial Arts has a lot to offer children. It gets them active and teaches them to be confident, peaceful and focused.
  • Skating:-Skating offers numerous physical, mental, and social benefits. It's an excellent cardiovascular workout that improves balance, coordination, and muscle strength. Skating also promotes mental well-being by reducing stress, boosting mood, and enhancing concentration and focus.
  • Music & Dance:-Music and dance are powerful forms of artistic expression that captivate audiences and inspire creativity. Together, they create a multi-sensory experience that engages the mind, body, and spirit, inviting us to connect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us in profound and meaningful ways.
  • Professional Sports Training:- Professional sports training is a rigorous and systematic process designed to optimize athletes' physical, technical, mental, and tactical abilities to compete at the highest level in their respective sports.
